Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at contact@sketchcrafters.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make things right.

To Start a Return:

  1. Email us at contact@sketchcrafters.com with the following information:

    • Your name, order number, and date of purchase
    • The item(s) you'd like to return
    • The reason for the return (optional)

    • Your address for the prepaid return shipping label (in case of Damages and Issues)

  2. We will initiate the return and send you additional instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without this step are not going to be accepted.

  3. In case of Damages and Issues, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

  4. For any other returns, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the item(s) to the following address:

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Certain items, such as digital products, gift cards, custom items, and final sale products, are non-returnable.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If we sent you the wrong item, please indicate that in the return request at contact@sketchcrafters.com, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
