Shipping Policy for Sketch Crafters [08/31/2025]
At Sketch Crafters, we’re committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and more.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Note: We intend to expand to other destinations in North America in the near future. If you would like to be the first to know, please subscribe to our newsletter (we promise to keep it short and to the point, as we value your time).
Shipping Rates and Services
We offer delivery via USPS and UPS carriers. Carriers, shipping services, delivery timelines and prices available for your delivery address will be displayed to you at the checkout.
To make shipping more affordable, we offer the following economical shipping options for smaller packages:
· $4.99 (up to 0.59 lb): Economy – 5 – 8 business days
· $9.99 (up to 1.59 lb): Economy – 5 – 8 business days
If you choose the Economy shipping option, we reserve the right to decide on which carrier and service to use to deliver your order.
Note: All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and start from the date of shipping, not the order date. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an additional email notification from us when your order has shipped.
If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order status through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
- Shipping to PO boxes is limited to USPS shipping carrier.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or lost package, please reach out to us at contact@sketchcrafters.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make things right. Please see the “Return and refund policy” for more information.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the package has left our warehouse.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been processed and shipped, you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us contact@sketchcrafters.com. If the order has shipped, it can only be handled as a return. Please see the “Return and refund policy” for more information.
Delays and Disruptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays. However, we will do our best to notify you of any known delays and provide updates on your order status.
Local delivery
For customers located in the Denver metro area and the northern part of Colorado Springs, we offer a free local delivery option. You can select this option at checkout if it is offered for your delivery address.
